Visit DIG

good to go covid-19

Welcome to DIG!

Pre-book your visit online now, or by calling 01904 615505.

Like many indoor attractions and museums, we want all our visitors and staff to feel safe and welcome at DIG, so we strongly encourage you to pre-book, stay 1 metre away from other groups and wear a face-covering throughout your visit. Visit our Covid-19 Safety page for more details.

Covid-19 Safety

We know that many national restrictions have been lifted, but like many indoor attractions and museums across the country, we want vulnerable people and those awaiting vaccination to feel safe and welcome for their visit. We also need to consider the safety of our team, who meet hundreds of visitors face-to-face every day.

Social distancing – please try to remain 1 metre from others.
All our visitor feedback suggests that allowing more space between visitors makes your visit a more pleasant experience, particularly during our busy periods.

Face coverings – our staff will continue to wear face coverings unless exempt, and we strongly encourage you to wear a face-covering throughout your visit.

Pre-booking – to help us minimise face-to-face interactions at our admissions desk and to reduce queueing, pre-booking your visit is strongly recommended. Standby places may be available if a time slot has space.

Many thanks for your cooperation and consideration as we endeavour to keep DIG safe and enjoyable for all our visitors and staff.

Visit our Safety and Social Distancing page for more details.
