Deputy Visitor Operations Manager
40 hours per week
(You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays)
28 days holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
The Visitor Operations team are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their experienced management team in the role of Deputy Visitor Operations Manager based across JORVIK Group Attractions (Training to start with DIG).
The key purpose of the role is to ensure the delivery of the strategic plan, strong H&S management, efficient management of the buildings, excellent presentation standards, strong leadership of the teams and all driven by a passion to deliver the highest customer care and reach commercial targets.
At least 2 years previous people management experience is essential for this role.
